Sample Fee
A sample fee equal to the retail price of the product is charged upfront to cover production and shipping costs.
100% Refund Policy
The full sample fee is credited back as a discount on your first bulk order of the same product (minimum MOQ applies).
Refund Validity
The refund credit is valid for 12 months from the sample dispatch date. No expiry pressure — take your time to evaluate.
Quantity Limit

Do I pay for shipping?
The sample fee covers the product cost. International shipping is charged at cost (typically $15–$40 depending on destination and weight). We'll confirm the shipping cost before dispatching.
How long does delivery take?
Most destinations receive samples within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Express options (DHL/FedEx) are available for faster delivery.
Can I sample multiple products?
Yes — up to 3 different SKUs per company per month. If you need to evaluate a larger range, please contact us directly and we'll arrange a custom sampling plan.
When exactly is the fee refunded?
The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order invoice for the same product. It appears as a line-item credit — fully transparent.
What if I'm not happy with the sample?
We'd love to hear your feedback. If quality doesn't meet your expectations, tell us — we'll work to resolve it or help you find a better-matched product in our range.
Can I get OEM samples with my own branding?
